- Joey Negro & The Sunburst Band from the CD The Secret Life of Us.
You might remember Brenda Russell’s version of “ In The Thick Of it” from her 1979 album. This version features Angela Johnson. Check out the video clip from their performance at the Jazz Cafe in London.
- Shuya Okino
This was originally done by Rose Royce and appeared on a 1982 album called “Stronger Than Ever“.
- Paul Hardcastle – Chill Mix
Featuring the voice of the late Marvin Gaye. The track is available from Paul’s recent double CD, release 19 below zero and appears on an earlier CD entitled, Paul Hardcastle 6.
THE MAGIC MOVIE MOMENT SEGMENT FEATURES:
From the award winning movie: Car Wash (Original Soundtrack).
This track appeared on the successful album” Car Wash: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack” and was written and produced by Norman Whitfield. You can also find this track on the compilation CD, “Chart Hits Of The Seventies Volume 3”.

If you read the wiki page you’ll see a long list of his albums and contributions to the musical work of others. He was heavily involved in Music education and the formation and music production of the Band, The Blackbyrds (remember, Walking In Rythmn and Rock Creek Park). RIP.
- Womack & Womack – featuring the recently dearly departed Cecil Womack
The track is from the CD Love Wars released back in 1983. After 1994 Cecil was known by the name name Zekkariyas and reading from Wikipedia spent his final years traveling the world with his wife and children, using his time to explore his African heritage, spirituality and knowledge of the continent as well as making music. Their biggest hit was Teardrops in 1988, from their fourth album Conscience, with reported worldwide sales of over 10 million. Cecil worked with other artists, including – Teddy Pendergrass, George Benson and Ruby Turner.

- Late Teddy Pendergrass & Stephanie Mills – from back in 1981
- Camouflage from the 2010 compilation CD entitled, Meco Presents Camouflage / Showdown, combining the work of two groups onto one CD
- Quiet Boys from their 1996 debut album entitled, Bosh.
