This week, a free format show of all up-tempo gems to prepare for the new year celebration, with lots of JAZZ-FUNK:

• Bobby Caldwell   – from a CD  called  Remixed With Love  by Joey Negro. Original version is from the late seventies of Bobby Caldwell’s Self titled Album as seen in the UK.
• St. Germain – From France, a track from the album Tourist.
• Taste Of Paradise – The Cool Jazz Mix from a CD single of 1992
• Mass Production –  Great track from the 1977 album Believe, look out for the remix by Joey and also a new version from Japan which I hope will be available soon! But the original is still awesome!
• Matt Bianco – A smooth Groovers favourite band – given the Joey Negro treatment
• Chris Bangs – From the CD Taking Care of Business ( Yes, going back to a CD I haven’t played for a while and making this awesome rediscovery!)
• LA Mix – From the 1989 CD On The Side
• Lee Ritenour  From the album RIT – I saw someone buy this straight after hearing this track.  Nice album anyway.
• Fuse 1  –   Great musicians getting together – awesome!
• Brothers Johnson – From their 1978 album Blam!
